Designation
The general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “CGV”) apply to the merchant site (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) https://petits-cadors.com published by the Seller named Petits Cadors (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) referred to as “the Seller”).
The Seller carries out an activity of design and creation of accessories intended to improve rest and sleep, ZA le Buisson 31560 Nailloux, registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 850246109

Any non-professional consumer who wishes to purchase any Product via the Site is considered a customer.
Object
The purpose of the General Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations relating to the sale of any Product, via the Site, by the Seller to the Customer, and to the order by the Customer to the Seller, via the Site.
Placing an order on the Site therefore implies full and complete acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions, of which he acknowledges having read prior to his order.
The Seller reserves the right to adapt or modify the T&Cs at any time, the applicable version of the T&Cs being the one which appears online on the Site at the time of the order by the Customer.
Prices and products
The Seller reserves the right at any time to add or remove Products and to modify sales prices. The sales prices are indicated in euros and include for France the value added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable on the day the order is placed by the Customer, the prices are displayed excluding taxes (VAT) for other countries . The Seller cannot be held responsible for customs fees and VAT applicable to the country of destination and which may be requested at destination.
The sales prices do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the Products purchased. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is finalized by the Customer, who is therefore informed in advance.
The Customer may benefit during certain periods from promotional offers on certain Products while stocks last.
The Seller does not guarantee that the color of the Product viewed on the screen of the equipment used by the Customer (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) is entirely consistent with the actual color, due to possible differences in settings (brightness, contrast , color) by the Customer on his own equipment.
Orders
Any order for a Product on the Site requires consultation and express acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer undertakes to ensure that the information communicated to the Seller is complete and accurate. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences caused by an input error by the Customer, in particular the impossibility of ensuring delivery. In the event of incomplete or inaccurate information, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
After checking the box “I have read and accept the general conditions”, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions as well as all the data of the order placed.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it considers that the Customer is engaged in distribution or carries out an economic activity thanks to the Products thus ordered, or for any other legitimate reason, in particular due to any dispute that may exist with the Customer relating to a previous order.
It is agreed that e-mails will be authentic between the Parties, as will the automatic recording systems used on the Site, in particular with regard to the nature and date of the order.
Site accessibility
The Seller does not guarantee that the Site will be free of anomalies, errors or bugs, nor that the Site will operate without interruption. The Seller cannot be held responsible for data transmission, connection or network unavailability problems. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the Site.
Payment terms
Payment for purchases on the Site is made by credit card via the secure online payment platform “Payplug” or “Stripe”. The bank cards accepted are CB, Visa, American Express and Master Card. Only the payment services used have confidential information (card number, expiry date) which is inaccessible to a third party.
The Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank details on the online form constitutes express authorization to debit his account, up to the price of the Products, and, where applicable, the shipping costs.
A notification of order cancellation for non-payment may be sent to the Customer by the Seller to the email address provided by the Customer when ordering.
The bank authorization issued allows the Seller to prepare the order on its premises. Payment for the Product order is collected by the Seller when the order is complete and ready to be shipped.
Delivery of Products
The Products ordered in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when entering their order. Contribution to processing and shipping costs includes tax.
Delivery of the Products ordered is ensured by DPD, Mondial Relay, Colissimo de La Poste, Mondial Relay or Chronopost.
Orders are processed by the Seller within a maximum of 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from confirmation of receipt.
In the event of an exceptional out of stock of one or more Products on an order, the Seller may cancel all or part of the order. The sums corresponding to the amount of the canceled order, and paid by credit card, will then not be taken from the Customer's account.
The Seller will keep the Customer informed by email, within a reasonable time, of any event likely to disrupt the delivery process of the Product ordered.
Right to retract
The Customer has a period of 40 days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty. Beyond this 40-day period, the sale is firm and final.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw within 40 days, by email to the address hello@petits-cadors.com, specifying the subject of the message “Right of withdrawal” .
The Products concerned must be returned by the Customer, complete, suitably protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled), accompanied by any possible accessories and the sales invoice. , at the address of our workshop:

Any package for which no element allows the Seller to identify its sender (order number, last name, first name, address), cannot be reimbursed by the Seller.
The costs and risks associated with returning the Product are the responsibility of the Customer who ships it. The return of any Product will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the Product and, where applicable, delivery costs, excluding return costs. The refund will be credited to the means of payment used for the transaction, at the latest within 15 days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Warranties on Products
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer must immediately notify the Seller by email to the address hello@petits-cadors.com. The Seller may carry out a complete or partial replacement if the defective Product is made up of several elements (for example, if a carabiner of the Isidor Product is defective, only the carabiner will be replaced). If repair and replacement of the Product are both impossible, the Customer may, in accordance with article L.217-10 of the Consumer Code, return the Product non-compliant and have the price refunded by the Seller, or keep the Product and be reimbursed part of the price.
