Right to retract
The Customer has a period of 40 days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty. Beyond this 40-day period, the sale will be firm and final.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw within 40 days, by email to the address contact@petits-cadors.com, specifying the subject of the message “Right of withdrawal” or via our contact form.
The Products concerned must be returned by the Customer, complete, suitably protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled), accompanied by any possible accessories, to the address of our workshop:

Any package for which no element allows the Seller to identify its sender (order number, last name, first name, address), cannot be reimbursed by the Seller.
Refund
The costs and risks associated with returning the Product are the responsibility of the Customer who ships it. The return of any Product will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the Product and, where applicable, delivery costs. If the initial order included several products, the delivery costs being fixed, only the price of the returned product will be refunded.
The refund will be credited to the means of payment used for the transaction, at the latest within 7 days from the date on which the Seller, having become aware of the Customer's decision to withdraw, will have received the returned product and may certify its perfect condition upon receipt.
Parcel returned by the carrier for non-delivery
When there is a failure of receipt by the customer (incorrect postal address provided, incorrect contact email, package not collected from the Mondial Relay point, etc.) and the Product is returned to the Seller, it will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the Product excluding delivery costs where applicable.
