The evolution of comfort: from Petits Cadors to Cosy Club
Our adventure began in 2019. During a family trip, a simple observation became clear: neck comfort was the great neglected aspect of our travels. On the return journey from our summer vacation, between Quimperlé and Toulouse, we invented ISIDOR, the first truly ergonomic car cushion, which has become the brand's icon.
What began as a personal search for a solution quickly became a mission: to design well-being objects with a refined design, without aesthetic or ethical compromise.
Evidence rather than promises
Our approach is based on innovation and the ability to completely rethink the classic form and materials of the occasional cushion. Very quickly, our creations gained recognition:
- July 2019 : Our victory in the show " My invention is worth gold " confirms the public's interest in redesigned comfort and our approach as a textile designer.
- November 2019 : The Gold Medal at the Concours Lépine for ISIDOR validates our DNA: we do not just manufacture, we invent unique and patented products .
Our workshop in Nailloux: the choice of made in France
As parents of two children and concerned about the future of the planet, it was completely inconceivable for us to have our cushions manufactured on the other side of the world. To guarantee impeccable quality and complete responsiveness, we created our own workshop in the village where we live, Nailloux (31560), in Haute-Garonne.
Producing in the heart of Occitanie is a concrete commitment :
- 7 jobs created in 7 years, in the heart of our region

- A concrete contribution to maintaining the French textile industry
- Products designed to last, far removed from the throwaway culture
- Maximizing the environmental footprint of our products
A circular vision of comfort
We believe a premium product should have a positive impact . Cosy Club's signature comfort comes from a high-end pillow filling that is both soft and airy. Made from recycled plastic collected from waterways, this material offers unique resilience: it provides perfect support for the head or back while offering a comforting, enveloping feel.
To date, more than 500,000 plastic bottles have been used to create more than 100,000 soft cushions.
In 2026, Petits Cadors becomes Cosy Club
Why this change? Because our mission has grown. Since our beginnings, we have been reinventing comfort with unique cushions designed for your well-being.
Today, by becoming Cosy Club , we affirm that perfect support can transform a trip, a moment of relaxation or the first months of baby into soothing and joyful experiences.
New name, same team, same high standards . The DNA of Petits Cadors remains intact:
