At Cosy Club (formerly Petits Cadors), "Made in France" is not just a label. We made a strong choice: to create our own garment workshop .
The choice of location: our workshop in Nailloux
Rather than outsourcing our production to the other side of the world, we chose to become manufacturers. In 2021, we created our own garment manufacturing unit in Nailloux (31560), near Toulouse.
Today, this workshop guarantees our expertise and the quality of our products:
Integrated production unit:
- We control 100% of the chain , from the design of prototypes (patent or registered model) to the final shipment.
- Textile expertise : Our team of seamstresses ensures impeccable finishing to guarantee you high-quality and durable cushions.

Concrete social impact : In 7 years, we have created 7 sustainable jobs in the heart of our region, actively participating in the renewal of the French textile industry.

For us, quality is inseparable from environmental responsibility . Our building is eco-designed (solar energy, wood heating) and our filling is made from recycled plastics collected from waterways. To date, more than 500,000 plastic bottles have been transformed to offer you maximum softness and perfect support.
