Shipping policy
Your orders are prepared and shipped every morning, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Depending on the periods and conditions at the time, not all of the delivery methods listed below may be available at the time of your order.
We sometimes notice certain delays due to the period (summer season, public holidays, etc.) and ask you to allow 2 to 8 working days between the time you place your order and the time you receive your package.
Different shipping rates may be offered to you at the time of your order, for information only:
Shipping rates France:
- Mondial Relay delivery €4.90 - delivery time 5/6 days
- DPD - at the workplace €5.90 - deadlines 48-72 hours
- DPD - Predict at home (date and location modifiable) €6.90 - delivery time 48-72 hours
- Chronopost €12.50 - next day delivery - please note orders placed on Friday are shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday
The Hømer boat cushion is not shipped to Belgium, Switzerland, rest of Europe
Belgium :
- Colissimo or DPD at home with signature €9.90
- Mondial Relay delivery €5.90
Swiss :
- Colissimo at home with signature €13.90
Shipments to Switzerland are subject to Swiss VAT and customs duties.
For orders with VAT of more than CHF 5 you will have to pay a basic charge of CHF 11.50 + 3% of the total value of the declared goods (shipping costs included).
Then added the VAT calculated on the basis of 7.7% of your total invoice (value of the goods + shipping costs + the amount of the customs clearance service).
There are no fees for orders under CHF 50 including shipping.
Europe shipping rates:
- Automatically calculated based on the country, the weight of the package and the options chosen (at home, with or without signature)

Delivery of Products
The Products ordered in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when entering their order. Contribution to processing and shipping costs includes tax.
Delivery of the Products ordered is ensured by DPD, Mondial Relay, Colissimo de La Poste or Chronopost.
Orders are processed by the Seller within a maximum of 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from confirmation of receipt.
In the event of an exceptional out of stock of one or more Products on an order, the Seller may cancel all or part of the order. The sums corresponding to the amount of the canceled order, and paid by credit card, will then not be taken from the Customer's account.
The Seller will keep the Customer informed by email, within a reasonable time, of any event likely to disrupt the delivery process of the Product ordered.
