At Cosy Club (formerly Petits Cadors), "Made in France" isn't just a label. Rather than outsourcing our production to the other side of the world, we chose to become manufacturers. In 2021, we created our own workshop in Nailloux (31560), near Toulouse.

Innovation
Because they are innovative, our cushions are registered designs or patents. Two of our cushions have won awards at theLépine competition : a gold medal for ISIDOR – the car cushion – and a silver medal for DUOH – the portable nursing pillow.

Yes. Our cushions and accessories are all made in our own workshop in Nailloux (Haute-Garonne). In fact, if you're ever in the Toulouse area, take the opportunity to come and meet the team and see what goes on behind the scenes.
Yes, absolutely. Our cushions are made with a technical filling derived from recycled plastic bottles, designed not to absorb moisture. As a result, they don't clump and regain their full loft after washing.
Our care instructions: Wash at 30°C with light laundry (to avoid excessive friction) and air dry. Do not tumble dry to preserve the softness of the fibers.
We make speed a priority .
Marion, our logistics manager, carefully prepares your packages the day after you place your order (D+1). Our carrier (DPD) delivers 80% of our packages within 24 hours .
Example : You place your order on Monday. It is prepared Tuesday morning. Your package leaves our workshop Tuesday afternoon. You have an 80% chance of receiving it on Wednesday. A 92% chance of receiving it on Thursday.
1. A designer's approach . We don't believe in "miracle products". Each shape is designed to solve a specific problem (e.g., head support in a car).
2. The materials : goodbye to polystyrene beads and memory foam! Our cushions are filled with a premium, lightweight, and soft pillow filling. A unique material used by bedding professionals.
3. Approved by us : We are our own first testers. A product only leaves the workshop when we ourselves have fallen in love with it.
4. Beauty in the service of well-being: We believe that a beautiful object inspires self-care. For us, aesthetics are inseparable from utility.
5. Eco-design : Each cushion produced means a little less plastic in the oceans. A car cushion, for example, contains the equivalent of 6 recycled plastic bottles.
