At Cosy Club, we made a strong choice: to design and manufacture all our cushions in France , in our own workshop in Occitanie. In 2023 , this commitment was officially recognized by obtaining the Origine France Garantie certification.
We are the only travel pillow brand to have this certification.
Guaranteed French Origin: a demanding and transparent label
The Origine France Garantie label certifies that:
-the majority of the product's value is created in France (raw materials, manufacturing, labor, etc.);
-Full traceability is ensured for each certified product.
Each model has been independently audited. The result: a guarantee of trust and quality for our customers who want to travel comfortably and consume responsibly.
A local production
From the very beginning, we have been committed to Made in France. Today, our cushions are:
-designed, cut, assembled and shipped from our workshop in Nailloux (31);
-made from certified materials, often recycled or labeled (OEKO-TEX, GOTS…);
-designed to limit environmental impact (zero internal transport, solar electricity, wood heating…).
This integrated manufacturing model allows us to guarantee consistent quality, ethical production, and real support for the local economy .
